"Arrived promptly. Very useful as a mulch. Finer graded than before which is good. I dare say the smaller and thinner plastic bags are intended to be eco friendly, but the old style I still keep and use round the garden the new are not so robust and likely will go to waste!"

"I have tried Pro-Grow Soil Conditioner for the first time this spring and found it very easy to work with. The 30 litre bags are well sized for carrying and moving in the garden, also as any keen gardener knows, soil condition is the basis of green fingered success. The soil conditioner works well to open up the soil structure and also act as a water retaining top mulch to new plantings. It will work effectively with all plants and vegetables as well as shrubs. I will be placing another order for next season."

"The product is excellent and has improved plant growth. My only concern was that the pallet could not be lifted down my drive because the jack had very low lifting capacity. I wouls imagine that pallet loads would be bought in rural areas and come up against gravel drives."

Direction of Use

• Bedding Plants & Vegetables: Dig a hole and mix in the ratio of 1 spadeful of soil conditioner compost to 3 spadefuls of soil, place the plant in position, fill in with the mixed soil and water immediately.
• Trees & Shrubs: Dig a hole and mix in the ratio of 1 spadeful of soil conditioner compost with 2 spades of soil, place tree or shrub in position, fill in with the mixed soil and water immediately.
• Potting: For potting always mix 1 handful of soil conditioner compost to 3 handfuls of soil.
• Seed Beds: Prepare seed beds and rake 2 spadefuls of soil conditioner compost per square metre into the top 5-7 cm (2-3") of the soil. Prepare seed trough and seed accordingly before covering with the treated soil.
• Soil Conditioning: Apply 5-7 cm (2-3") of soil conditioner compost to the surface of the soil and fork into the top 15cm (6") of the soil. Plant seed or flowers as normal.
• At a depth of 5cm, one 30L bag will cover 0.6m².

Safe Handling:

Every effort has been made to ensure this compost contains no germs, sharp fragments, toxins or regenerative plant parts. However, the compost producer cannot guarantee they will never be present. As with all products of this type, wear gloves when handling and wash hands after use. During handling avoid inhaling any dust or water vapour or droplets from it, or ingesting any of it.

Storage:

This product should be kept in a dry and cool place covered from wind-blown weeds and other contaminants.

Delivery

• Order online and get Pro-Grow delivered to your home. Bags are delivered within 5 - 7 working days. In order to give you the best possible value for money, orders of any more than 5 bags may be delivered on a pallet. Pallets are delivered on a 7.5t or 18t vehicle and unloaded using a pallet trolley. If you order more than 5 bags of Pro-Grow 30L Soil Conditioner then you will need good access for a 7.5t or 18t vehicle. Please advise us if you require a smaller vehicle to deliver your goods (dimensions of a 7.5t vehicle are: full length 30 feet x Width 7.5 feet x Height is variable up to 13 feet). Please be aware that the pallet trolley cannot travel across un-even surfaces (e.g. gravel). We will try our best to put the pallet where you need it but WE MAY ONLY BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT TO THE KERBSIDE.
