Product Description

This 100% natural, mineral laden top dressing for soil is created as a by-product during quarrying and is rich in macro and micro nutrients to remineralise your soil.
1 part by weight of Pro-Grow Rockdust captures up to 25% by weight of the greenhouse gas Carbon dioxide (CO2).
Via a process called “Enhanced Weathering”, CO2 is taken out of the biological cycle and locked away into the geological cycle for thousands of years.
The rich minerals in this carefully chosen rock boosts the soil biology that then makes the minerals in the rockdust, and those already in the soil, more bioavailable to the plants.
When composting, Pro-Grow Rockdust works as an activator by providing carbon to help balance the high nitrogen in grass cuttings, fruit & vegetable peel.

"ust ordered another tonne of Pro-Grow Rockdust for Colley gate gardening clubs trading sheds . This will be my 5th bag meaning its a good seller ! I buy everything in bulk @ the end of the season ( Discount price ). For me Basalt rock dust is full of minerals & trace elements from the centre of the earth ( volcanic ) . I use it as a top dressing on all my raised beds , pots , tubs & borders . Also now being even smaller particles all my house plants have a pinch around then ! Plus being The Compost King It is a vital ingredient to my composting along with other natural ingredients. If our members buy it & come back theres your proof ! Bostin product for the Gardener. Directions for Use

Top Dressing:
Apply at any time of year, except in frozen or windy conditions - lightly rake into the soil.
Minimum Dose: 0.5kg per square metre
Maximum Dose: 2kg per square metre

Baskets, tubs, plant pots:
Sprinkle level tablespoon onto surface of 6 inch / 15cm diameter container and water as usual

Home Composting:
Lightly cover each new layer of compost that you add.

Wormeries:
Sprinkle a small handful per 30cm2 / 1ft square on your wormeries every month – and watch the worms congregate over time.

Delivery

Order online and get Pro-Grow delivered to your home. Bags are delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Pallets are delivered on a 7.5t or 18t vehicle and unloaded using a pallet trolley. You will need good access for a 7.5t or 18t vehicle for a successful delivery. Please advise us if you require a smaller vehicle to deliver your goods (dimensions of a 7.5t vehicle are: full length 30 feet x Width 7.5 feet x Height is variable up to 13 feet). Please be aware that the pallet trolley cannot travel across un-even surfaces (e.g. gravel). We will try our best to put the pallet where you need it but WE MAY ONLY BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT TO THE KERBSIDE.
